The 2026 OFWB Minister’s Conference, Flourish 2026, invites ministers, spouses, and families to step away from routine and enter a space designed for renewal and growth. The conference begins Monday evening and concludes Thursday morning, offering a balanced rhythm of worship, teaching, fellowship, and rest. Daniel Ritchie will serve as the keynote speaker on Tuesday and Wednesday. Born without arms yet used powerfully by God, Daniel speaks nationwide to more than 200,000 people each year. His testimony and teaching will anchor the heart of the conference. Additionally, Wesley Smith will share on Monday night. Wesley serves as the Director of Missions for the Three Forks Baptist Association, bringing years of pastoral and associational leadership shaped by his work in church revitalization, discipleship, and community engagement. Dustin Bannister will share Thursday morning. Dustin serves as the Director of Church Planting and Renewal for the OFWB denomination. The schedule includes intentional opportunities for connection and refreshment: a Wednesday service project, an ice cream fellowship, and a campfire with hotdogs and s’mores. Free time is built into the week so attendees can enjoy the mountain setting and one another. Conference registration includes lodging for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights, along with seven meals: Monday supper; Tuesday breakfast and lunch; Wednesday breakfast, lunch, and supper; and Thursday breakfast.
